Every mattress build starts with a support base. Our Texas Pocket Springs (TPS) pocketed innersprings carry weight and respond to movement, providing the underlying support for the layers above. Purchase through DIYREM® and your innerspring order ships directly from TPS.

Use Support Layers, such as support pads or densified fiber pads, secured to the top and bottom of your pocket coil unit to help contain the springs and help maintain the size and shape of your build. Bond them with adhesive or use a hog-ring tool for a glue-free approach.

Pair your Support Base with your choice of Comfort Layers to shape your mattress build. Each component brings its own characteristics. How they work together determines the completed mattress’s performance.
